The caller said they were from Health Spring and they were calling about my prescription and gave me another number to call. I hung up.
Apparently spam. Did not answer
Iphone display said from Cigna, left voice message to call about prescription. I called they answered Healthspring which is my service now. Was asked for birthday to confirm who they were talking to. Seemed very legit so I gave them my birthday and they asked about one of my prescriptions and asked if I wanted to connect to my pharmacy, which they knew the right one. I said no, but they connected me anyway and the connection answered apparently at my pharmacy. I then hung up. ??? Anyway they have my birthday, but nothing else.?? Per my phone log the pharmacy number transferred to was 877-585-3481 (not my pharmacy or in my area code)
ANOTHER CALL CLAIMING TO BE CIGNA
Recording states it from Cigna Health Care, and asks youto callback at 877-585-3481. Call came from 978-547-1086, and neither phone# is associated with Cigna
Stated it was from Cigna. Asked if this was the caller. Stated yes but then I realized that this might be a scam. Hung up
Said it was Cigna health calling and was calling for someone I don't know and wanted me to verify who I was. Told them they have a wrong number and to stop calling me. I had an off feeling about the whole thing and put them in my block call list. They continue to try and call but they won't be ringing through now

Message states that they have important information about a person’s prescriptions. The name on the message is not my name and they called a work phone number, which made me even more suspicious. The caller ID states Cigna Healthcare but it clearly is not.
The number comes up as cigna health care on our phone they ask if it’s the person answering . Yes or no then asked if you have time to answer some questions yes or no. Realize after answering first question answered Yes that I should have no answered any questions the second question no then hung up. Lesson learned do not answer questions. Not sure if it’s spam or dangerous.
