Pretended to be Cigna asking about my prescriptions. SCAMMERS Asking for date of birth, etc. Be weary of just answering yes to their questions... Hang up!!!

Don't Answer!! Scam call!! Not Cigna. Hard to get pass call center located in the Philippines for Cigna USA. YOU HAVE to be ASSERTIVE when REQUESTING USA AGENT. BLOCK this NUMBER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not yet picked up the call, but they keep leaving messages on my landline. The message states this is CIGNA Medicare for (my name) and we have some important information regarding your prescriptions. Please return our call at 1-888-230-6872. You can call Monday through Sunday. Do not call the number they want you to call back on. All numbers that start with 888 are scammers and you have no idea which country or state this call is sending you to. Also, when and if CIGNA does call you, they will never state this is CIGNA Medicare. Do not give them any information including your name or answer any questions.

Received a call from this number claiming to be Cigna (caller ID noted call was Cigna Medicare) I verified my first name but when asked my birthdate I hung up

I hung up and googled the phone number since I don't answer yes or no questions...

Robo call wanted me to answer yes or no to my name. I refused several attempts for me to answer yes or no. Was then given a name to call. I called Cigna direct and they had no record of a call being made to me.

Caller ID states it is Cigna Medicare. Robocall SAYS is from Cigna about prescriptions. Asked for member by name. Next it wants to verify DOB (with YOU telling it your DOB). At that point I hung up & googled # AND Cigna Medicare. Couldn't find the # associated with Cigna OR Medicare on anything that came up. TRIED to call Cigna & find out if is an affiliate #. Selected "Express Scripts" (figured might be them trying to get mail-order on scripts). .... Now, mind you, it KNOWS my phone # & operator verified my DOB (since I CALLED RELIABLE #)....THEN wants my member #. Told person just want to verify of # is affiliated with Cigna. Said she couldn't tell me without member #...... WHAT????? Eyeroll. Ridiculous. Told her member # NOT necessary to answer question, but I'd just ignore ALL calls from Cigna in the future AND select different plan next year since they refuse to answer simple question. (Had she given a reason WHY member # is "needed" to answer question AND reason sounded legit, I would have given it, but NOT for (basically) "because I said so" excuse.)

Wanted to confirm private personal information. Used a robot system copying Cigna's answering service.
