This 888-606-3098 toll number came in as a 510-252-1989 number. It was from a "Richard" who spoke with an India accent. Could not fully understand him. But, he was from a Network Security Dept. who stated I had purchase software in 2020, it had expired, but I did not call to cancel the subscription. Will debit $6,800 from my checking account. Never purchased software from a Network Security Dept from no company name given.
Caller's name: “Janet”
Janet at a call back of 888/606-3098 ext 211 reported a purchase of network security in 2021 expired & since I did not call to cancel, it auto renewed and there would be a debit to my checking for $6800 for the next 5 years. This or one similar to it comes regularly but no company name is ever given. No network security has ever been purchased.
