Numerous calls saying an owe for sleep apnea equipment. The broken English speaker is hardly understood and disconnects the call. I do have sleep apnea DME equipment that I paid in full but this phone number is not the same number I order my supplies from. 1-800-731-3409
Caller's name: Jen Lloyd
Received voicemail from 888-492-7742. Said they were from Apria sending a bill for $48.34 for supplies of which I knew nothing. I have not ordered any new supplies. They left a call back number 888-452-4363 which I did not call. I went to Apria and checked billing. It shows I owe $0 so I am ignoring this call. I left it saved on voicemail, but I'll leave it at that. If I do receive a bill in the mail I will contact my insurance provider to determine if valid. I will also call Apria billing at 888-505-6365 which is what they show on the Apria web site.
