This scam was by regular mail, postcard, with stamped postage "PRSRT FIRST CLASS US POSTAGEPAID MAILED FROM ZIP CODE 75244 PERMIT NO. 2607" invitation to call subject number. This postcard was an invitation to update alumni status for those of us who graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology and sent from OIT's Director of Alumni Relations, Jacen A. Bridges. When told in phone conversation that I would receive copy of my campus life story along with others in book to bepublished along with a number of logo'd OIT goodies for the $500 plus credit card payment, I made payment. No services or merchandise have been received.
