This is another number used by this scammer. They threaten people over a debt that cannot legally be collected, and the original debtor does not receive any money from the faux collection. For unusual circumstances, the original debtor wrote off a balance, tax was paid on "income", and a new credit line was established. Fifteen years after the statute of limitations has expired, numerous entities lacking mailing addresses pose as attorneys or legitimate collection businesses, purchasing lists and claiming any collected items as their own, not those of the original debtor. The only leverage they have is a past debt that has been settled, which they use to employ scare and threatening tactics to coerce money not owed.
