Sent text stating that a purchase was attempted on a card I do not have
Fraud Department Telling me my card was used to purchase something and it wasnt true
This call (left as a voicemail) references a problem with "my card" and the possibility I may have difficulty using it. The valley didn't identify himself or the company from which he was calling. He did not specify which card was going to be a problem. The whole this was very shady. I did not return the call not have I had any issues with my card.
Asking about credit card
received a text and a phone call saying they were calling from the fraud department of a business I use and to call the 855-910-9140 number. I never return these calls to the number provided. I go directly to the business and ask them and research the number calling if I dont know it. thanks for the heads up on this scam.
