Caller has called multiple times to our office. Says she is from Visa Mastercard but would not provide me which one nor a bank the card was issued from. Kept trying to talk over me and tell me we are owed a refund due to being charged too much by the merchant - again she would not tell me which merchant or if it was Visa or Mastercard. I hung up on her and she called back! I immediately told her I knew she was phishing and this was a scam and she yelled at me and told me to "CALM DOWN MAM' and then said that I would now be charged all of the fees she was trying to get refunded for me and hung up on me. First red flag for me is her saying she is from Visa Mastercard - ummm which one - they're not joint and they have banks etc that issue them. Second is the fact that she called back angry. Please be aware when providing any information to this group! Your credit card company would not contact you in this way if it were real.

CALLED 3 DAYS IN A ROW. SHE KEPT SAYING WE WERE OWED A CREDIT ON OUR ACCOUNT OF ABOUT $426 AND WANTED ME TO PULL OUR 8.2025 STATEMENT. SHE ALSO SAID WE WERE OVERCHARGED BY VISA AND MASTERCARD FROM 1.2025-7.2025. I CALLED OUR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING COMPANY WHO TOLD ME IT WAS A SCAM TO GET US TO SWITCH. THE LAST TIME THE SCAM CALLED, I WAS TOLD IT WAS WITH THE CLASS ACTION SUIT AND THIS MONEY WAS OWED TO US. I TOLD HER IF WE GOT SOMETHING IN THE MAIL EXPLAINING ALL THE DETAILS, I WOULD BE MORE INCLINED TO UNDERSTAND AND AGREE. (STALLING) THEN, I TOLD HER WE WEREN'T INTERESTED IN RECEIVING THEIR CREDIT AND I WAS THEN TOLD THERE WOULD BE A ~ $100-$330 PENALTY IF IT WAS NOT ACCEPTED ALONG WITH VISA AND MASTERCARD NO LONGER ALLOWING US TO TAKE ANY FUTURE PAYMENTS UNTIL WE DO ACCEPT THE REFUND OWED TO US. SHE KEPT INTERRUPTING ME AND TALKING OVER ME, WHEN I RAISED MY VOICE TO TELL HER TO STOP, SHE GOT UPSET, AFTER THE THIRD OR FOURTH TIME OF ME RAISING MY VOICE BECAUSE SHE KEPT TALKING OVER ME AND INTERRUPTING, SHE FINALLY HUNG UP ON ME. 855.482.8066 x 1470. 855.482.8068. 855.472.9645.

Called saying that we had a refund coming to us because our account was red flagged because we have been charged too much % for our merchant services account. She took up so much time trying to get me to fax, text, email all the information from our merchant service account. I told her I was busy could I call her back. When I called back, I couldn't get through to her on the "extension" she gave me. The message was a red flag for me. Luckily nothing was sent over!

Called wanting me to email over our June or July statement due to overcharges related to PCI compliance. She wanted me to do it right at the time of the phone call so that she could give me a confirmation number which was a huge red flag. When I told her I wasn't going to do it right now, she said she would call back tomorrow for a follow up. She left a phone number of 855-482-8066, option 1 and provided an email address as well starting with top.tier........

They called several times wanting to speak to the store owner about Visa and MasterCard credit card fees that needed to be refunded to our account.

PCI verification with Merchant Review. She said we were in compliance but April & May were not paid so we were incomplete. Had to ask a few times for the company name - she kept rattling it off so fast. Gave the number as 855-482-8066 ext 1530 press 1.

Called several times claiming to be from merchant services and wanting to send copies of our statements to them so they can "refund" over charges.

Person Identifies themselves as Merchant Service's and states there were additional services and compliance issues from my credit card machine processes. Very insistent on me giving them information on my account. They left a phone number & option, and extension #'s. I will not be calling them back as if they're the ones who processed my credit cards, they should already have my information. This has SCAM written all over it ! number given 855-482-8066 option#1 ext:: 1463

Number left on transcript and vm from "Sarah" regarding credit card billing error. No bank name, no info whatsoever. Call originated from 855--899-0088 which has also been widely reported as a scam call.
