Calling about electric bill, everyday
Caller's name: SEC (Spark Energy Company)
They call EVERY SINGLE DAY, at least once per day. "This is SEC calling about your electric bill..." I have blocked the number and it still goes straight to voicemail. Useless. Called my mobile provider and they can't block it from coming through "because of your plan" BS. Added my mobile # to the national do not call registry, can't report harassing numbers until 31 days after registering.
Caller's name: Bruce
I was contacted by a man named Bruce. He tricked me into making changes to my Penn Power electric service. His charm and charisma cuased me to give him personal information. I am now very worried over what is going to happen.
