Woman called to make appt w/me for someone (Nurse?) to come to my home. She explained the worker would spend about an hr w/me. They had my name, address, landline. Called my Doctor's office and they have no knowledge of any of this being ordered by my Primary Care Doctor. I called Dignified back to cancel the appt and the man (from Dignified Health, Orlando) said he couldn't cancel my appt because he couldn't find the appointment. I told him I am not giving them any more info. I felt very uncomfortable, nervous.
