Leaves message they are MRS BPO a collection agency for SPECTRUM. It’s FAKE!! I have contacted Spectrum and my payments are AUTOMATICALLY PAID and there is nothing outstanding under my name or my # or my accounts. There is a ton of info online sharing this is fake. If you get a call like this, call the company they say they are with. Spectrum has since flagged my account to make sure its employees know there are fraudulent people trying to use my info. DO NOT TRUST THIS MRS BPO period!! Then they left a different # (866) 809-1062
