I get kinship $ every month as I am raising my granddaughter who is 5. We get $352 a month. Today I had to make a call as Im confused as to why her money on her card is 1/2 gone. I check transactions & there were 2 that I did not recognize. One was for $9.99 & the other for $149.99. I called the # listed on my card's site & they said they could not find me in the system. Of course I got mad & asked her why they couldn't pull up anything because they can't find me in the system. Said of course not because I DIDN'T ORDER THEM. There was not anything she can do without it. I called three times through the day today hoping to get someone else. So basically they cannot refund the $159.98. Each time I asked to talk to a supervisor & 1 time I got hung up on & the other 2 times I called I was told no one was available. THIS MONEY IS MY GRANDDAUGHTERS TO HELP US TAKE CARE OF HER. I needed that money today to pay for things including her spring pictures. I dont know where to go. Im going to wait till tomorrow & contact OhioEpiccard & see what my options are. Either way, Im out. How can a company do this? If they are listed as the person who was paid for Keto weight loss pills, not have any record of it & say that it wasn't them that took my money!?!?!
