"We are missing information on your loan application, call to provide information or press 9 to be removed from the list. " Never applied for a loan with them. They call using a multitude of phone numbers, some are 312 area code number's but most are 888, 844 or 800 numbers. Pressing 9 does not remove you from the call list, it calls them back.
