Incoming cell phone call with ID showing Bank of America calling. When I answered they asked if I had made 3 different charges. They then ask me if the first 4 digits of my card were XXXX I said yes, then they asked me to complete the rest of the cards numbers. I had been through this before and knew the questions they usually ask. I told them I was to going to call the bank and check for myself. Sure enough there were no pending suspicious charges and they would have been able to see them if they existed. After I called B of A, I called back the number that the initial call had come through on. The answer was a B of A recording for a branch in Orlando, FL I knew this because the ID for the number was Orlando not B of A. Because this was my second call from a different number 2 days before, I decided to pick an option to be transferred to. I chose "Bank Location Info". The recorded answer was the 2 street names the corner it was located on, no address, no city or state. Then I chose a different option to talk to someone. The message was "no one was available to take my call." I don't recall what the option was to leave a message or call back later or might have been the message. It all sounded legit up front. The scammers have perfected their craft!!!!!
