i filled out a renewal application on line .paid 300 dollars ,someone callaed from this number ,identified themself as a representative and wanted to verify my last year of employment, they assured me my application was complete and I was told my card would be in the mail . apprximately 5 months has passed I signed into global and they could not see my application
