Caller claims they are DHHS public service survey.
Four times so far.
Caller's name: Sarah
Call came in after 5:00 pm which is odd for government offices. I called back and the message box stated that it was DHHS public health survey lab conducting. Called again and someone named Sarah answered "public health survey lab". Not sure how they got my number.
Never answered - Don't know anyone from there
