Got called saying I have an account that is heading to court, pay now or 'see you in court.' They said I had an outstanding credit card from years back, yet wouldn't tell me which card. When I said to email me any info, they said they did but I can take care of now. I said no, will wait for email so they said 'we'll see you in court.' Cool.
