A lady called me using the above phone #, and stated my name in an intimidating tone. When I asked her the reason for her call, she stated it is for a confidential matter and she stated an address and asked me to confirm if that is my address. I asked her to specify the nature of the call and identify herself or the entity she is representing. She said she is calling form the I.C. system. I asked her to specify what that means. She did not want to answer and told me to google it and call them back. My concern is who gave her my phone # and other personally identifiable information. This looks like phishing. I would like to track the caller and look into legal options to protect identify theft other scams.
These calls have been occurring since Nov. of 2025 and still continuing in 2026. Call at all times of the day and evening. Never leaves a message. Don't trust it.

Calls from this number since October. Called it back today, a man said he was from I.C. Systems. Knew my name but I wouldn't confirm and he hung up. Called back I.C. Systems 1-800 number and they could not find any reference to my number or reason to call based on my name, number, and email. This 240-232-8819 number does not check out.
calls multiple times each day, no msgs being left, started almost a month ago
Answered the call and a message played saying "No one is available to take your call." So, I hung up. Most likely some kind of scam or spam.

I answered thinking it was an expected returned call, no answer on other side. Called again next day and left no voicemail. Sometimes just answering these calls lets scammers know your number is active. Great...
